Open Doors: Prayer

In week five of Open Doors, we dive into the story of Peter’s imprisonment in Acts 12, where the early church faces a moment of great uncertainty. As Peter is locked in prison, the church doesn't simply despair—they gather together, united in prayer. In the midst of their darkest hour, they pray earnestly, even though they might have been disappointed and overwhelmed by the situation. This message highlights the vital importance of community prayer during life’s trials. Even when we are struggling with doubt, fear, or disappointment, there is strength in coming together to pray. The church’s earnest prayers, though seemingly futile in the natural, unleash miraculous results—Peter is freed from prison in an unexpected, supernatural way.
