Accountability in the Digital Age.  The host for this show is Jay Fidell.  The guest is Silvia Ottinetti.   With the development of information and communication technology, new investigative techniques and types of evidence have emerged, which may lead to more efficient, less resource-intensive investigations. This could help the ICC overcome challenges such as a lack of state support, security concerns, and capacity. This growing reliance on open source material in international criminal justice, however, should not be viewed as a panacea for the Court's shortcomings. The Prosecutor faces various challenges while conducting open source investigations, prompting increased collaboration with NGOs.
