Shake for 10 seconds. Open shaker and add ice. Shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled collis glass. Top with club soda.Opening Day Black Eye1 oz Bourbon1 oz Rye1/2 oz Orange Curacao1/3 oz Rich Demerara Syrup1 oz Lemon Juice3 Large BlackberriesMuddle the berries and syrup in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice until well chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass with ice.
