Opening Day Success with Ted Bright

With one month to prepare for an out of state hunt and a little help from his social network, Ted Bright hit the digital scouting hard to look for public ground to hunt in Nebraska. As he was planning for the hunt he realized that using water to access where thought the deer would be lives he decided to bring his kayak to the party. After a 10 hour drive, some boots on the ground scouting, and a full trial run to do some glassing, he was able to locate the deer he wanted to hunt opening morning.At 3:00 a.m. he hopped in his kayak for a 6 mile float, and then a 2.5 mile hike, to find the perfect location to hang his saddle. With little movement that morning, he decided to get down and find a new location for the evening hunt.
