Opening to Trust

In this podcast, I talk about the increasing levels of distrust throughout our society with the accompanying reactions of increasing control, conflict, anxiety, fear, censorship, and surveillance. Without trust, our relationships, communities, institutions and social systems disintegrate or become rigid. Without self-trust we get stuck; closing down our hearts and minds. But what can we actually trust in life? How can we reestablish trust in ourselves, in others and with our communities? In returning to trust, what possibilities arise?
