Opera Fix: May 21, 2018

In the New York Opera Fest, Divaria Productions will be presenting Don Giovanni in New York, The Center for Contemporary Opera Presents the World Premiere of Backwards from Winter and the HERE Arts Center continues it’s run of Symphonie Fantastique. Tan Dun’s “Buddha Passion” at the Dresden Music Festival, Liza lim’s Tree of Codes at the Spoleto Festival, Daivd Lang’s The Mile-Long Opera: a biography of 7 o’clock on New York’s Highline,will include the premiere of Fire Shut up in My Bones by Terence Blanchard in 2019.
