They use an established network of operating partners to manage digital marketing, content development, creative design, and product logistics. Prior to RDM Partners, Retta was an investment banker focused on Mergers and Acquisitions. Retta's investment banking career included time at Royal Bank of Canada, Guggenheim Partners, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers. Retta graduated with a degree in Biological Engineering from Cornell University. Raised in Ithaca, New York, Retta now resides in New York City.
