If you are a buyer, seller, renter or landlord in Ontario...you need to be sure you are getting the right kind of advice. The number of bad opinions you can digest on social media alone is beyond anything we have ever seen. In most cases, if you are NOT on the paperwork of the transaction being discussed....you do not know all the facts.
