Opioid Addict

This episode is extremely personal and rather intense. I openly share the pain and struggles I endured in the beginning of my recovery and navigating being sober for the first time in a long time. I read a little from the journal I started the day I came home from detox almost four years ago. This July I will be celebrating the anniversary of taking my life back and recovering from my severe opioid addiction. I really hope that sharing and airing my dirty laundry will give others the courage and strength to take control back of their lives. The road wasn't easy, but it was SO worth it.
