SAfm — Opposition parties in Zimbabwe that wanted to make submissions to the Constitutional Court regarding the MDC Alliance's legal challenge against last month's elections have been dismissed. The court says the documents were not handed in on time. Senior Counsel for the MDC Alliance, Thabani Mpofu is currently in court arguing that the July elections should be nullify because of alleged rigging on ZANU-PF's part. The party' won both the parliamentary and presidential elections. Earlier this morning the MDC Alliance's legal representatives were barred from entering the court. This team includes heavy weights, advocates Thembeka Ngcukaitobi and Dali Mpofu. Our correspondent in Zimbabwe is Ephert Musekiwa and he spoke to Elvis Presslin.
