In this episode I talk about my experience of collaborating with others to fulfill your goals, dreams and aspirations. OPT stands for ‘other people’s time’. It’s a concept very similar to OPM (other people’s money) although OPT speaks on more than money and extends to exchanging your time and or skill with other people for collaboration. The concept has physically manifested into a real estate meetup and will be hosted in Peachtree City, Georgia as seen on Bigger Pockets and meetup.com hosted by myself!
