The big thing to remember is that while coaching and managing your reps are different tasks, they don’t have to be mutually exclusive. Effective coaching can help improve the day-to-day operations of the reps on your team. And hands-on managing sessions can turn into learning opportunities for your SDRs. After all, you’re in charge of people. Not numbers. And if you want to get the most out of your team, you have to look beyond the numbers and treat them as such.
