Opt In: Growth Month

from UNSUBSCRIBE: The demandDrive Podcast · host demandDrive

Join AJ and Alex for another episode of Opt In! Learn about combatting the Q2 Blues and what the heck Growth Month is in 7 minutes. This is a tough time of year for SDRs. It’s the last month of Q2, which means you can get pulled in a lot of different directions by your marketing and sales teams. Your main focus is on making sure you can hit your quarterly or half-yearly goals by the end of the month, and it should be…right? Not so fast. As much as you might feel the need to hunker down and focus on this month, it’s important to remember your long term goals and continue taking steps for your own professional growth. Think about it this way. The more you focus on building your skillset, the better you become as an SDR, and the more your company will value you and put you in more positions to succeed. Creating a virtuous cycle of self-improvement leading to organizational-improvement leading to more self-improvement etc. etc. is going to do more for you and your organization than a few more dials per day in June. So where can you find some of these personal growth resources? At Growth Month of course! Our friends over at Autoklose are putting on this month-long event dedicated to growing and gaining skills in sales and sales dev roles by learning from experts in the space (including us!). Check out all the sessions here! And here's the Sales Community Resource sheet AJ mentioned during the episode! -- The demandDrive Podcast ➡️ https://bit.ly/dD-Pod Meet our team ➡️ https://bit.ly/dD-Team Follow us on LinkedIn ➡️ https://bit.ly/dD-LI Want to work with us? ➡️ https://bit.ly/Contact-dD Want to work for us? ➡️ https://bit.ly/dD-Careers
