What better way to kick off the year than overcoming what is currently perceived as the greatest threat. I was blessed to only experience one of the symptoms and this allowed me to focus the rest of the time holding space to support my family overcome all of theirs. We made it through coz we were made to, and so are all of you. Reminding you of your power, choice and freedom to choose how scathed you want to be in life, how high and far you want to fly.  Sending you all love and energy to use as you need, to support yourself and your dear ones xx
