We need to accept that in this time of Corona virus we exist in a limbo where we know where we came from and we are not sure where we are going. Our past is irrelevant to the present and to the future. This is a tough time for leaders because we are still figuring out what this new challenge means. How then do we lead at this point in time? How do we lead our teams through this point in time, Leaders need to adopt an optimistic stance. Leaders need to be optimistic for themselves, their teams and the wider organization.
