Bispecific antibody therapy continues to rapidly change the care of patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). In this podcast, learners will hear 2 oncology specialty pharmacists discuss recent evidence-based information and updated safe-use guidelines and implementation of bispecific antibodies incorporated into RRMM management. They will describe the major toxicities associated with bispecific antibodies targeting BCMA and GPRC5, including CRS, ICANS, and infection; how they work within their institutions to reduce the risk of these adverse events from occurring; and their experience with monitoring for and treating these adverse events when they arise.
