Court comes to HVS Executive Search with over 20 years of executive search experience in the hospitality industry. His background also includes leading the human resources department with Sbarro’s, an international restaurant chain and nine years in restaurant operations throughout the United States. Court has served as a student coach with Cornell University’s Hospitality Leadership Development Institute since 1998, and is also an executive coach for MBA students at The Johnson School of Business. In 2009, he was appointed to the Advisory Council for Washington DC based, New Brand Analytics, a firm which provides real time consumer insight intelligence to hospitality companies through the use of social media. Court earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
