Optus boss Kelly Bayer Rosmarin apologises, offers extra data after nationwide outage

Optus chief executive Kelly Bayer Rosmarin has been the focus of public anger over the nationwide outage that took ten million customers off line yesterday. Ms Bayer Rosmarin is still apologising for the crisis but still doesn't have a clear idea of what actually triggered the outage. The embatted CEO has offered 200 gigabytes of extra data and free weekend data to appease angry customers. Kelly Bayer Rosmarin spoke with ABC's Peter Ryan.
