Order from chaos

In my ignorance I knew there was a quote somewhere in the phrase "Order from Chaos" - I had a rather unpleasant feeling it was used by one of my least favourite politicians - Margaret Thatcher, when she became Prime Minister.Andy Burnham look out .. It wasn't from Mrs T - she used a prayer wrongly attributed to , apparently, Francis of Assisi: Where there is discord, may we bring harmony.
