OrEd-T-22.3-My Brother's Sinlessness.2
from Frances Shares Her Inspiration · host Frances Allan
OrEd-T-22.3-My Brother's Sinlessness.2*22. We must not forsake each other now. For we who are the same, will not decide alone nor differently. We give each other either life or death. We are each other's savior or his judge, offering him sanctuary or condemnation. This course will be believed entirely or not at all. For it is wholly true or wholly false and cannot be partially believed. And I will either escape from misery entirely, or not at all. Reason will tell me that there is no middle ground where I can pause uncertainly, waiting to choose between the joy of Heaven and the misery of hell. Until I choose Heaven, I am in hell and misery. 23. I can bring no illusion with me to Heaven, and I can weave no part of Heaven into illusions. A merciful savior cannot be a condemning judge. And vision can only bless, never damn. The Holy Spirit's function is to save, and He will save. HOW He will save is beyond our understanding, but WHEN He saves is our choice. For we made time, and we can command time. We are not slave to time or to the world we made. *24. The illusion, that the world we made has the power to enslave us, is the same belief that caused the separation. It is the meaningless idea that thoughts can be different from, in opposition to, and leave the thinker's mind. If this were true, thoughts would not be the mind's extensions, but its enemies. We see here another form of the same fundamental illusion we have seen before. The Son of God could not leave his Father's Mind, make himself different, and oppose His Will. So, it is not possible that the self he made, and all the Illusions this self made should be his master. 25. I look on the great projection with the firm decision that it must be healed and not feared. Nothing I made has any power over me, for I would not be apart from my Creator with a will opposed to His. It is seemingly possible all the misery I made is mine, only if I believe I am my Father's enemy. I am glad to learn it is not true. I would not make God different, and condemn God's joy to misery. It is welcome news to hear not one of the illusions I made replaced the truth.26. Only OUR thoughts have been impossible---salvation CANNOT be! It is impossible to look on my savior as my enemy, and recognize him. Yet it IS possible to recognize him for what he is, if God would have it so. What God has given to our holy relationship is there. For what He gave the Holy Spirit to give to us, is given. We would look upon the savior that has been given, and I would exchange the function I gave him, of executioner, gratefully for the function he has in truth. I will receive of him what God has given him for me, and not receive what I tried to give myself. 28. To dwell in quiet here with Christ, all I need do is share His vision. Quickly and gladly His vision is given to anyone who is willing to see his brother sinless. There can be no exceptions to this willingness if I would be released entirely from all effects of sin. Would I have partial forgiveness for myself? Can I reach Heaven while a single sin still tempts me to remain in misery? Heaven is the home of perfect purity, and God created it for Me. I will look on my holy brother, sinless as myself, and let him lead me there.
