Oregon's Championship Dreams Shattered | Oregon Ducks Football News

Oregon’s championship hopes took a brutal hit as they fell 39-31 to Oklahoma State, despite entering the game ranked No. 2. The Ducks were outgained 554-281, with their defense—expected to be elite—getting dominated, allowing nearly six yards per carry and struggling to contain the Cowboys’ passing attack. Offensively, Oregon’s QB couldn’t find his rhythm, the run game fizzled, and seven costly penalties ate up 66 yards. Even with two interceptions by Oklahoma State, the Ducks couldn’t overcome the gulf in execution. It’s a devastating loss that leaves serious doubts about where this season is headed.
