Organized labor wants continued nuclear subsidies

May 28, 2025 - A multi-billion dollar subsidy for upstate nuclear power facilities is set to expire in a few years, but a coalition of labor unions, the Business Council of New York and some environmentalists wants taxpayers to keep supporting the industry.
