As law firm owners, it can be tough to remove yourself from professional situations or feel you are the face of the firm. Stephen emphasizes the need for owners to think about the people you need to make the firm stronger and more successful. From there, it is important to let them do the work and come to you when they need help.Many firm owners might consider opening multiple offices, which can be very difficult. Stephen speaks on the best way to go about opening multiple firms. One thing to keep in mind is deciding on a universal system of doing things across all firms. Opening a second, third or fourth firm that are under the same name but doing different things will not lead to good work and successful cases.
