I explore how organizing myself internally—clarifying my purpose, values, and what genuinely fulfills me—creates more ease and direction in life. I talk about recognizing our natural gifts, paying attention to the balance between survival and fulfillment in our work, and using our level of joy as a barometer for whether we’re on track. I also reflect on simple practices that keep me grounded, like biking, dancing, and moving energy through the body. At the heart of it all, this episode is about approaching life with intention while keeping that childlike spirit of play alive.
