Organophosphate Esters and Thyroid Disease Risk

A recent study published in Frontiers in Endocrinology has uncovered a link between Organophosphate Esters and increased thyroid disease.Organophosphate esters are commonly found in products such as flame retardants for furniture and textiles, plasticizers in polymers, hydraulic fluids, and some pesticides. I discuss how our health is being impacted and what we can do to reduce the risk of thyroid disease.
