Si discuterà di cosa fare "prima" dell'investimento, durante il processo di investimento (con analisi di alcuni temi legali relativi ai term sheet). La seconda parte della lezione verterà sui principali step da compiere dopo aver ottenuto un investimento.ALESSANDRO SANTOAlessandro Santo is currently engaged in his own "search fund", aiming to scout, select and join the next "hot" start up. Previously he was General Partner with dPixel, a seed-stage, Internet-focused, venture capital firm based in Milan, Italy. Alessandro focuses on originating and managing investments in the dPixel portfolio and sat on Ibrii, Searcheeze and Iubenda boards.Alessandro has a broad interest in companies leveraging the Internet, with a specific focus on marketplaces either B2C or B2B. During his engagement with dPixel, Alessandro was instrumental to the success of Telecom Italia business plan competition (launched by Salvo Mizzi (16)).Prior to joining dPixel, Alessandro worked as a case team leader for Bain & Company in Milan, covering several industries, from consumer goods to cleantech, and type of engagements.
