Original Tribute to Chip Wickham | Contemporary Spiritual Jazz, Flute Magic & Modal Grooves

Welcome to a brand new edition of Original Tribute, dedicated to one of the most compelling voices in contemporary Spiritual Jazz: UK saxophonist, flutist, and composer Chip Wickham.Seamlessly bridging the golden modal heritage of the '60s and '70s (from Yusef Lateef to Pharoah Sanders) with the sophisticated aesthetic of modern labels like Gondwana Records and Lovemonk, Wickham delivers a deeply hypnotic, cosmic, and refined sound.
