Orla O’Dwyer: Excelling & key influences Tipp/Brisbane Lions

The Electric Ireland GAA Minor Moments podcast is back! The first guest of Season Two is Tipperary Camogie star Orla O’Dywer, who is currently playing with Brisbane Lions in the Women’s AFL.  In this episode, Orla chats to host Fergal O’Keeffe on her life in Australia, and looks back at her roots in Tipperary and the role her parents and coaches played in supporting her development at a young age. O’Dwyer won an All-Ireland Minor Camogie Medal with the Premier County in 2016, which preceded her rise to fame as a dual-star with Tipperary. Born in Sydney, O’Dwyer reflects on lessons learned in time playing Minor, which shaped her prestigious career with the Premier County.
