- Orlando police have released the bodycam footage of a police officer shooting and killing Derek Diaz last week. Orlando police say Diaz did not listen to commands and thought he was reaching for a gun in the center console, but no gun was found. The officer is on paid administrative leave while FDLE investigates. - The man charged with shooting and killing three people in Daytona Beach is expected to see a judge.
