A number of proposals from Camping World Stadium, and the Convention Center have already been submitted. However, local leaders are expected to call for an investment into community needs. - Orlando is considering extending the current moratorium on new nightclubs downtown. The current moratorium is set to end in September, but the city council is considering extending the moratorium until March of 2024. The city says more time is needed for research and outreach so the extension is needed. - A Cocoa Beach man is in the Volusia County Jail after deputies say he drove to Deltona to have sex with a 12-year-old girl. 29-year-old Brandon Donato is charged with lewd or lascivious battery on a child, and using a computer to solicit a child. - More headlines
