It is unimaginable for people like us, who were also very confused in spite of being in the comfort of our homes during the initial days of the virus outbreak, to know what was going through the minds of seamen like him who were given sudden instructions such as the necessity to wear PPE kits at all times while docking at ports or to compulsorily perform activities like Yoga to boost their immunities.
