OSU Basketball Rebuilds with Fresh Talent

Oklahoma State’s basketball team kicks off summer practice with high hopes, led by Coach Steve Lutz after a disappointing 6-12 Big 12 season. The roster is reshaped with six new transfers—including four elite prospects—and four freshmen, including local four-star Jalen Montonati making his debut. The team is also eyeing a potential return for injured center Parsa Fallah and former Sam Houston standout Kashie Natt, both seeking NCAA waivers. Lutz praised Natt’s impact and stressed keeping top in-state talent home. With NIL funds boosting roster strategy, the Cowboys are aggressively building a competitive squad for the upcoming season.
