An evacuation order is in place at Otay Mesa, after an energy storage facility caught fire. We're hearing for the first time from a witness who called 9-1-1 after the Oceanside Pier caught fire. Cal State San Marcos is now offering guaranteed admission to qualified San Diego Unified graduates.
