The program encourages green concepts and techniques in the industrial sector and requires factories to meet certain requirements relating to design, occupational wellness, indoor quality and conservation of water, energy and materials. Also recently recognized by Manufacturing Today with its “Excellence in Supply Chain” award, the factory has doubled its manufacturing capacity since opening in 2014, Otis India President Sebi Joseph said.
