Ottawa-B.C. economic agreement

The federal and B.C. governments made a major energy announcement Thursday. The oil tanker ban on the North Coast stays, and B.C. gets significant funding for infrastructure and LNG. That means any oil pipeline from Alberta would likely have to take a southern route.
