Otto Scharmer is an action researcher who co-creates innovations in learning and leadership. He is a Senior Lecturer in the MIT Management Sloan School and co-founder of the Presencing Institute. Most recently, Otto and his colleagues launched GAIA (Global Activation of Intention and Action), a free, online, learning journey, geared toward profound civilizational renewal.In this episode, Otto and I talked about how quality of leadership matters most in times of disruption.
