Our Best and Worst Jobs

from Thrive Live!

Our best and worst jobs can tell us a lot about ourselves. We may learn something new about what we like and don't like in the workplace, or gain valuable insights into our career paths. Whatever the lessons, it's worth reflecting on these experiences to understand our strengths and weaknesses, and how they can shape our future choices. By understanding how we react to different work environments, we can make better career decisions. It's useful to ask ourselves if we were enthusiastic, challenged, and productive in our workplace or if it felt restrictive and unfulfilling. You might discover a pattern of your preferences in terms of job roles, tasks, and responsibilities. Job reflections can also be a great way to boost morale. Looking back and revisiting our best experiences or achievements can help us appreciate our hard work, even during times of difficulty or frustration. Even if we didn't enjoy certain aspects of a job, acknowledging our accomplishments in the role can make us feel proud and more confident about moving forward with our career goals.

Join us and have a listen! Wounded Warriors of the Cross Gary Pastoral and clergy mental health is a mostly ignored area, especially by those who live their lives as pastors in the clergy. The stigma of mental health within those who serve in the shadow of the cross is something that invokes the stigma of fear. Many of those in the clergy will choose to suffer in their despair rather than reaching out for help. Sometimes those suffering choose to wait until it's too late to get the real help that they need. At Wounded Warriors of the Cross our mission is to lift the stigma and the veil of silence that encompasses clergy mental health and assist those who suffer in silence. Wounded Warriors of the Cross is here to shed the light of Christ's love into those dark places.
