Some chapters are sad, some are happy and some are exciting, but if you never turn the page, you will never know what the next chapter has in store for you.” This has been something on my radar a bit lately - when I’m in a funk, beating myself up, in a bad mood, etc., I have been trying to turn the page a bit quicker, instead of reading the page over and over.  My book has plenty of “old chapters” and they are meant to help with sharing lessons of my past so that my present day can help me with my future. So many times I have not turned my page and I know I need to do it. I think we all can pick up some ideas from this one.
