They will probably use the term 'normal' a lot throughout this convo to refer to pre-pandemic time but we still hold space that it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows before 2020 There isn't one word that is describing post-pandemic life perfectly right now but for the sake of this conversation we might say things like "after covid" "post pandemic" "when most people are vaccinated".
