Our Emotional Being

95 % of our mind resides in the subconscious.  We have the perception we are logical beings that must manage our emotions.  In reality, we are emotional beings that occasionally use logic.  Yet, we still run our lives and pretend we are logical creatures, and continue to rationalize our behavior as if our decisions are made rationally.  If we saw ourselves like we really are how would that change our self-perception of ourselves and others?
