Have you ever noticed there are really 2 worlds today? One where we can feel the ground beneath our feet, feel the fresh air, hear the sounds of birds, touch trees and be in touch with our surroundings. And the second world is where we log on every few minutes to check what's new or what we missed. The one that is accessed through a little box with a screen... also known as a phone and social media. In our society today social media has become the "new reality" but it's really a fake "reality." This can become a big issue because if we are not aware we can have this fake "reality" take over our REAL LIVES.
