There are other times when we know what we shouldn’t do, but proceed to do it. Chapter 7 is summed up with, “Oh, wretched man that I am. Who shall deliver me from this body of death?” But chapter 8 begins with, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus.” We are set free by Christ.
