Stephen is the father of one and working on becoming a Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) Coach.  Stephen traveled around the world in his younger years and worked many jobs from Janitor to director of a multinational company. Dave and Steve sit down and talk about mindset, and understanding your true self. Three things you need to take away are 1. Have a solid foundation in your life. Know that true North Star. 2. When our fight or flight response kicks in, we need to sit back and evaluate. 3.
