This is just a deposit of the indescribable things yet to come. Thank God for the Holy Spirit, He is our comforter, advocate, counselor and helper! We are going to establish through God’s Word that there is more to Christianity than just going to heaven. Praise God, the Holy Spirit is everything that Jesus said He would be in our lives and so much more. Finally we will provide a Biblical foundation concerning understanding the anointing, speaking of the Holy Spirit Himself- Ephesians 1:13-14. Ministry website: www.wordinspire.org 1. The Spirit WithinThe Holy Spirit is the dynamic element in the believers life that makes us function as a supernaturally motivated, directed and empowered ambassador of Christ upon the earth. Without the Spirit of God in our lives, we would be in reality helpless, pathetic and miserable individuals. Yet why are there so many of God’s children following Him in their own limited strength and resources? The Father and Jesus knew how shallow and empty we would be on our own, so He sent us another comforter! It is the precious Holy Spirit who facilitates the very act of spiritual regeneration through the New Birth experience; as a result, His very presence is tabernacled within us- Titus 3:5-7. 2. You are God’s TempleNow God dwells in each of us individually, no longer do we have to make some pilgrimage to some sacred shrine- we are that sacred temple in which God lives by His Spirit! We don’t have to face in a certain direction when we pray, to the east or up into the sky- God lives inside of us individually, and in the Body of Christ corporately- Ephesians 2:19-22. 3. A Well of Salvation Flowing Within UsWithin every human being, there is a longing for an intimate relationship, and fellowship with their creator God- whether they realize or admit it or not. Unlike the animal world, we are spirit beings, made in the image of God to live forever with or without Him. However, when sin entered the picture, we were separated and alienated from the One who loves us with an eternal love. 4. Led by the Spirit of GodHave you ever wondered what it would be like to have a personal guide in your life who could warn you of future events- good or bad. This personal guide would be 100% accurate all the time. He would always have your best interest at heart, leading you into the perfect will of God. This indescribable Person already lives inside you, the precious Holy Spirit. 5. A Resident Mentor Within UsI personal believe that the greatest impact that the ministry of the Holy Spirit has upon the life of the believer, is as our personal mentor, coach and trainer. Of course He has our best interest at heart and is committed to make us the best for God’s glory. He is always with us in our high and low points of our lives, urging, prompting and encouraging us forward. The Holy Spirit’s main objective is to conform us into the image of Jesus Christ.  Support the show
