They have tried several approaches but have gone full circle and come back to the model they first started with. Ninety per cent of their portfolio is Buy to Let. Mostly in 3 towns in the North of England. They are currently investing in blocks of flats. In the podcast, Rob explains how they are planning to make that new model work. Rob feels that the market is due a correction and shares how they are preparing to weather that potential storm. Regardless of what happens, there will always be opportunities. Rob and Aaron also monetise the business in other ways. Rob is also training as an energy assessor.
