Eric currently serves as the Director of Programming for Out In Finance, an LGBTQ+ nonprofit founded in Chicago in 2019 which brings together LGBTQ+ finance professionals and their allies to network professionally and work towards making the financial services industry a more inclusive place. In addition to this, Eric is Second Vice President and Senior Paralegal for the Asset Servicing Team at Northern Trust. He is the current President of NT Pride - Northern Trust's LGBTQ+ ERG, and is a mentor with LGBT Great.
