I’m bringing you the very first episode of my new segment, Out of the Zone. This is something I’m doing all year long, and I am so excited… and a little nervous… to share it with you. This segment is all about stepping out of my comfort zone. Each month, I’ll challenge myself to do something that pushes me in a new way, and I’ll share my journey with you.
