Mike (Jonathan) bursts with joy every year, working on South Bank at New Year's Eve, but he has a secret resolution - to design the firework display itself! His dear friend Kathy (Ineska) wants the fireworks like they used to be, and when Mike is given the opportunity he shoots for the stars.
