OUTA calls for transparency as AARTO rollout faces court challenges and municipal pushback

Wayne Duvenage, CEO of OUTA, speaks to John Maytham about the implementation of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (AARTO) system, which comes into effect on 1 July, and why the organisation believes government has not demonstrated that it is ready for the rollout.
