OUTA on SANRAL's plan to block licence disk renewals

from AM Live on SAfm · host SABC News and Current Affairs

In a notice issued to South African motorists via its website, the South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL) says that new licence discs can be withheld from vehicle owners and drivers until they settle their e-toll bill. The notice states that road users will be able to renew their licences, but the disc itself will be withheld until the outstanding toll-related infringements have been settled. We spoke to CEO of OUTA (Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse), Wayne Duvenage.
